fried crabs(කකුළු බැඳුම )

Materials required
   *Lagoons crab 500
   *Salt
   *Lime
   *Pepper
   *Oil for crabs and crabs

Method of making
Cut the crab and then purify it and bake it in deep oil. Mix lemon pepper to salt.
 Now put a bowl in a suitable bowl, add the warmed crabs and mixture to the well,
 and add the fire.

සාදන ක්‍රමය
කකුළුවන් කපා හොඳින් පිරිසිදු කර රත් වූ ගැඹුරු තෙලෙහි බැද ගන්න. ලුණු දෙහි ගම්මිරිස් එකට මිශ්‍ර කර ගන්න. දැන් සුදුසු භාජනයක් ලිප තබා හොඳින් රත් වන්නට හැර බැදගත් කකුළුවන් සහ සාදා ගත් මිශ්‍රණය දමා ගින්දර වැඩි කර කලවම් කර ගන්න.
